I have lived in the Columbia area for more than 30 years. I am married and have three children. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, horseback riding, gardening, sports, volunteer work, and spending time with my family. I love living in Columbia and enjoy all the wonderful amenities it has to offer. I am very dedicated and committed to serving my clients. About four months before my wife, Krystal, and I closed on our home with our realtor Sherry we began our home search online. We happened upon one of Sherry's listings that we were interested in. We gave Sherry a call from our home in Illinois. Sherry was so helpful over the phone. She told us all about SC and Columbia; good places to eat, good beaches to visit, and must-see attractions. She assured us that we would love it here in SC, and we do! Since Krystal and I lived half the country away from where we were looking to buy our home search was conducted almost entirely online. Over the course of our four month house hunt I complied a list of nearly 50 houses in the greater Columbia area that we might be interested in. Sherry sorted through our ¬entire list, plus listings that we did not find online, to compile a list of must-see's for us when we came down for a weekend house hunt. Sherry took such great care of us. My wife and I are a young couple and we were moving half-way across the country away from friends and family. Sherry took us under her wing and told us that she would look after us like we were her own children. She personally scouted and approved each and every neighborhood she showed us a house in to inspect it for safety. She was so hospitable; she was the perfect welcome to the Columbia community. After several months of looking online Krystal and I were finally able to make it down to Columbia for a weekend house hunt. Sherry was so generous with her time and blocked the whole weekend off for us to find a home. She was able to find us the perfect place on the second day of searching! Sherry negotiated a great deal for us and even got the sellers to agree to letting my wife and I rent the house until we closed. Sherry coordinated all aspects of the home buying process for us since it was so difficult for us to do so from across the country. We could not have done this without Sherry! She was absolutely invaluable during this process. We will absolutely be certain to come to her with all our real estate needs in the future.
